Industrial Ministry

  • To support Christian believers in the marketplace to work faithfully and to witness
  • To work for the establishment and maintaining of Christian values and virtues in the life and world of the place of work
  • To work for a united testimony of the Christian church in people’s places of work
  • To work for the promotion of justice and reconciliation in the world of work
  • To work for the relief of social problems, poverty and unemployment
  • To develop and manage financially sustainable local actions of Industrial Ministry
  • To equip and train.

We have to continually focus on two aspects:

  • Spiritual ministry to people in and around the workplace with the focus on both pastoral and justice
  • Economic justice / Work ethics
