“The follow-up training made me feel at ease. Now I feel prepared to go and facilitate and even train others,” says Mrs Funde, one of the CWM members who attended die CBS facilitators follow-up workshop on 12 July.
Rev. Babalwa Sifuba facilitated the workshop to the CWM of the URCSA presbytery of Port Elizabeth. The main focus was on leadership and it took place at the home Mrs Fredericks who also attended the workshop.
According to Rev. Sifuba the facilitators were a bit uncertain about their readiness to facilitate CBS so we decided to unpack how they can approach the theme of leadership.
Each had an opportunity to thoroughly go through the process on how they can present it individually and had a chance to practice how they will facilitate a CBS workshop together as a team.
It was a great success. As Mrs Fredricks says, “The follow-up workshop was more informative and a confidence boost … I can see clearly now the rain is gone!”
